Local Delivery Service

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to the wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information.
All orders are insured while in transit until delivery. Responsibility for the package passes to SF- Express once they take possession of it. For Standard delivery orders, we will use “Charge to Receiver” payment method for the delivery service. , left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

STYLE by DF will provide flat rate delivery service to Hong Kong commercial address. The extra delivery charge is applied to remote areas and will be further noticed after receiving the order. All orders deliver to Hong Kong address are operated by the courier company, delivery charge and time as below:

Delivery service is not available in the following areas:

Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Closed Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O), Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island

For oversea orders, we will use “Charge to Receiver” payment method for the delivery service.

International taxes and Duties

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Delivery Time

STYLE by DF will pack and send out the product(s) within 3~5 working days after receiving your order and payment, delivery time estimate depends on courier companies dispatching schedules and routing, as well as weather and traffic conditions.     

Working day is defined Hong Kong time from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., orders are not shipped during weekends. All orders will be processed in the next working day after confirmation of payment.
