STYLE by DF will keep updating the selling price, product information and stock level on online shop. STYLE by DF reserves the right to make any modifications on price, information and quantity without prior notice, final order confirmation is subject to the stock availability. We will contact you before the delivery via telephone or email if the product(s) is out of stock.

Damages, Incomplete & Incorrect Orders

We try our best to ensure that all products are of a high quality before delivering to customers. The product(s) may be destroyed during delivery process, please reject to receive the product(s) if this happened and please contact our customer service department for arrangement within 5 days. If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Customer Service with the order confirmation number.

Return Policy

If you find any quality problem of product(s) within 7 days, please contact customer service department immediately for arrangement, all products purchased from the online shop cannot be exchanged or refunded in STYLE by DF retail shops. If the product(s) needs to return to our company, we will not assign the courier to collect the product(s) and the delivery charge is afforded by customers. Besides, All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached as when originally purchased. Products you are returning should not been cleaned, damaged or used. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for accessories. All sale items purchased, are not eligible for a refund or return. STYLE by DF has absolute right to determine the condition of products. Customers need to show the valid receipt for product return under return policy.

STYLE by DF does not offer warranty service, fair wear and tear is not a reason of return under the policy.

Force Majeure

STYLE by DF is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. STYLE by DF will endeavor to notify customer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and STYLE by DF agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. STYLE by DF may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, STYLE by DF determination shall be final.
